Delivery Pricing

Home deliveries nationwide are made via our courier service. You will receive a text or email message on the day of dispatch i.e. the day before your chosen delivery date. The courier charge for these deliveries is £12.00. Orders over £60 are free of charge.

Packaging and Delivery

All orders are vacuum-packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness. Standard delivery times are between 11am to 3pm. Please let us know where you would like to have your box delivered if you are out. If you are not available to take delivery as arranged or provide an alternative delivery address, the delivery and its condition will become your responsibility.

Specific Delivery Days

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday, depending on the availability of items on the order. Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays.

Changing Or Cancelling The Delivery

To change the date of a confirmed delivery or to make a cancellation, please contact us by telephone, email or leave a message on our answerphone: 01404 548867. We will not be able to change or cancel the delivery, on the day of the delivery (i.e. please contact us before 9.30am on Wednesday to change or cancel a requested delivery for Thursday).

How Your Fish is Packed

All orders are vacuum-packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness and delivered via refrigerated vans or courier within 24 hours. Deliveries are made between Wednesday and Saturday. Please place your order in good time for specified deliveries. Please let us know where you would like to have your box delivered if you are out. We can deliver to your workplace if you prefer. If you are not available to take delivery as arranged or provide an alternative delivery address, the delivery and its condition will become your responsibility.
