Lobster

Description

All our lobsters are sustainably harvested locally. The pots are low impact and selective. Undersized catch can be returned safely and the pots don’t damage the seabed.

A delicacy that is full of delicious, moist, meat, our lobsters are ready cooked and ready to eat straight away. Using nut crackers to forage the sweet meat out of all the nooks and crannies, all you need is a lime, fresh bread, a glass of dry cider or white wine and maybe a bib.
We can deliver the lobsters cut in half and the claws ready cracked on request.
